Terms & Conditions

Rental Agreement

Booth rental is from Saturday - Friday.

Store hours are 10 am - 5 pm Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and 10 am-3 pm on Saturday.

Booth cost is $25.  If the seller posts an Instagram, Tik Tok or Facebook reel advertising their booth AND tagging Gracie Lynn Boutique, you will receive $5 back.

Gracie Lynn Boutique will advertise and promote tems on socials all week.

Seller keeps 2/3 of sales and Gracie Lynn Boutique keeps 1/3.  Payouts will be given on  Wednesday via Venmo.

Set up is 8:00 am-9:45 am. Doors open to the public at 10 am.

All supplies provided - hangers, tagging supplies, stickers, signage.

Seller is responsible for marking all items and determining prices.

Thursday and Friday are markdown days.  Seller will advise markdown of none, 25%, 50% or 75% at the time of set up.

All items must fit in the booth.

First time sellers: if your booth does not earn more than the booth rental fee, your fee will be refunded.

If a seller does not earn the rental amount 3 times,  seller will no longer be allowed to rent a booth.

All items must be cleared out between 5:00 pm & 6:00 pm on Friday.  We will clean up items for an additional $10.  All items must be picked up by the next Wednesday or they will be donated or kept and sold on the clearance rack at Gracie Lynn Boutique.  If previous clean up arrangements have not been made by 5:00 pm on the Friday of clean up, the $10 fee will be taken from sellers profits.

Gracie Lynn Boutique is not responsible for damaged items.

Items accepted: Clothing, shoes, bags, purses, blankets, books, home decor, accessories - as long as they fit inside of the booth.

Prohibited Items:

Stained items, items smelling of smoke, items with offensive content (per Gracie Lynn Boutique´s discretion)

Gracie Lynn Boutique has the right to refuse or remove any items.  

Purchasing a booth implies that seller has read and agrees to all terms.
